Shipping

Our freight charges as designed to be as simple and fair as possible for you.

Our fees are calculated by postcode and can vary based on the value of your order. Where the value of your order meets a published minimum threshold we will offer you freight free delivery. The minimum spend required for freight free may change from time to time and without notice. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

 

Your Delivery Address

You must provide us with a physical delivery address based. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or non-registered addresses. 

 

Order Dispatch

We aim to ship all orders received before mid-day business days on the same day or next business day depending on the current demand. For orders received outside of business hours we aim to ship orders on the next business day. 

We’ll send you a notification once your order has been shipped so you know it’s on the way. 

 

Delivery Times

We only use reputable couriers with nationwide delivery networks to make sure your order gets to you as quickly and securely as possible. 

Once shipped the delivery times we aim for are:

 

  • Auckland Next business day.
  • North Island Next business day.
  • South Island Next business day. 

 

These are the target delivery times provided by our carriers, but please note there are no guarantees. Delays or extended delivery times can be expected in peak seasonal periods like Christmas or as a result of unexpected events like global pandemics. 

We only offer standard delivery services. Saturday delivery, or delivery after hours is unavailable with our service. 

Target delivery may vary for rural delivery. 

 

Tracked Delivery 

Making sure your order reaches you safely and securely is important. We use tracked delivery services so you can check on your order once the parcel leaves our warehouse. 

We’ll send you the tracking code once the order has been shipped. 

 

Authority to Leave

All of our orders are shipped with authority to leave and non-signature required.

 

International Shipping

We’re Kiwi as bro. 

You have to be in the land of the long white cloud if you want us to send you an order. If that doesn’t make sense it probably means we don’t ship to your location but feel free to check with us by emailing brew@homebrewrepublic.co.nz.
